In proposed rule document 90-1688 beginning on page 2760 in the issue of 
Friday, January 26, 1990, make the following correction: 
 
   @ 400.31 [Corrected] 
 
   On page 2766, in the first column, under @ 400.31(c)(2), in the seventh 
line, "casual" should read "causal".
