Zone Schedule Checklist |
- Zone schedule requirements of FTZ regulations have been
reviewed (15 CFR § 400.42)
- Schedule is publicly available at offices of zone grantee
and operators
- Schedule is up to date
- Schedule explains all policies of zone grantee and
operators
- Schedule specifically explains policies regarding
operators and access to zone sites and services
- Schedule describes rates and charges collected by grantee
- Schedule describes rates and charges collected by each
operator or any other party
- The rates and charges cover all charges for access to a
zone site, including, for example, warehousing charges
- Schedule covers subzone fees
- Fees are reasonable and uniformly applied under like
conditions
- There is uniform treatment under like conditions with
respect to all zone policies
- Individual companies acting as an operator within a
general-purpose zone site for their private use should
be listed and circumstances explained.
- Schedule designates grantee contact person who can
discuss and explain matters involving the zone schedule
or any matter relating to zone fees or zone access.
